Día de los Muertos

Join us for our Día de los Muertos celebration during lunch and dinner at The Spot! The menu for the day includes:
Warm + Soulful
- Lunch: chicken mole, soy chicken mole cutlets, Spanish rice, refried beans, roasted whole corn
- Dinner: beef birria, vegetarian soy beef birria, charro bean, calabacitas
Wood + Stone
- Lunch and Dinner: Caesar salad with pepitas dressing; soy chorizo con papas on flatbread
The Día de los Muertos observances/celebrations are brought to you by the Día de los Muertos Organizing Committee consisting of The Lewis Center, CAPS, Interfaith Chaplain’s Office, Office of Student Engagement & Leadership, La Fetra College of Education, Center for Multicultural Services, Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Bon Appetit, Wilson Library, Latino Student Forum, ASULV, & Campus Activities Board.
