    Director of Operations

    I have always worked in the food industry.
    This field of work allows a person to work hard, problem solve, and most importantly to please people. I was just 15 years old when knew I would forever remain in this rewarding field. I bought my first franchise at the age of 25, which I successfully ran and then sold after 20 years with hopes of a very very early retirement… but I got antsy, and needed something to DO, so I applied with Bon Appétit. The rest is history. It is a pleasure to work within a company with the highest industry standards for the foods we serve. I am proud to work with Bon Appétit Management Company.
